Cockroaches
are normally found indoor humid, damp dark places like
basements, cellars, sewer pipes and service ducts. It
can also be found outdoors in rubbish heaps, refuse
dumps, on pavements and etc.

Baiting
For Cockroaches
Baiting is employed
for the purpose of controlling cockroaches.This
bait is used when spraying with chemicals
is not desirable.Gel Baiting contains a stomach
poison, which exterminates cockroaches.
Chemical
Spraying For Cockroaches
For the purpose of controlling
cockroaches, all potential breeding and harbor
areas will be sprayed with a chemical with
the aid of a normal fine residual spray using
a hand pump. Cockroaches coming into contact
with freshly treated surfaces are affected
within minutes, and the said effect is visibly
apparent.
Ants
Ants
are wondrous creatures and one of the
most successful animals on earth. In nature,
ants are a prime food source for many
animals. They aerate more soil than the
earthworm.
Method
of Controlling Ants
For the purpose of controlling ants, insecticide
is sprayed with the
aid of a fine
residual spray using a hand pump. The
Pesticides Board of Malaysia approves
the use of the said insecticide. The insecticide
will be applied to nests, along walls
and other areas where the said pest may
be present. A barrier will be formed in
areas where insecticides cannot be applied
directly. This is achieved by applying
insecticides around the said areas.
Rats
There
species are usually found
in markets, sewers, garbage
dumps, and places with poor
sanitation. Other area includes
storage, rooms, basements,
under building foundation
and other places. House mouse
is usually found in houses
and food stores in urban areas.
Roof rats usually located
in trees clinging vines on
the sides of fences and houses,
inside building and attic
areas, ceiling or wall voids
in high roof line areas.

Glue
Board
We will
set up Glue Boards along rat
runaways and at strategic
positions frequented by rats.
We will smear a layer of glue
onto a board measuring 1 square
foot. At the centre of the
board we will place suitable
bait e.g. any delicious meat
on the surface of the glue.
Baiting
Baiting
is the common method employed
at various premises. Our baits
are weather, insect and mould
resistant. Baits consisting
of 5–10 cubes are placed
in bait-stations. Once consumed,
these baits cause internal
hemorrhage and make the rats
to become blind and dehydrated.
This causes them to search
for light and water. As a
result they will die in open
areas such as drains. To ensure
baits are fresh and stay effective
for their purpose, old baits
will be discarded and replaced
during our schedule visits
to the premise.
Rat
Traps
Rat Traps
is another measure used as
treatment against rats if
the need should arise. This
method of treatment is usually
used at certain areas where
Baiting is not desirable.
We will set up Rat Traps along
rat runaways and at strategic
positions frequented by rats.
For Rat Traps to be effective
delicious meat such as anchovies
shall be used as baits capture
the rats. Rats caught will
be killed immediately.
